red lobster's cheesey biscuits they aint.

made some pao de queijo - cheese rolls from brazil. they're sorta weird. came from a box mix that my mom gave me back in november. they're made with Cassava (tapioca) flour instead of wheat flour so there is no wheat gluten. instead they've got this weird 'moist' almost gooey inside which in my experience is typical of rice flour based things. its pretty tasty, but definitely a bit different from your typical rolls.
